Nithiin’s upcoming film Alias Rukmini, directed by Murali Kanth Devasoth and presented by Nani, is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on December 4, 2026. The film is produced by Deepthi Ganta. The actor is also making a film with Vaishnavi Chaitanya. Reports have also linked Nithiin with other projects, including a film backed by Sithara Entertainments and another to be directed by Anji.
Now, he is all set to collaborate with Ram Abbaraju of Samajavaragamana fame. Reportedly coming together for an upcoming romantic comedy, with Nithiin’s manager Venkata Rathnam set to produce the project. The makers have reportedly set up an office and are preparing to take the film forward.
Writers Bhanu Bhogavarapu and Nandu Savirigana are said to be working on the rom-com script, which is expected to offer a refreshing blend of romance and entertainment. Meenakshi Chaudhary is reportedly being considered for the female lead, although an official confirmation regarding the cast is awaited.
