The speculation surrounding the release date of Prabhas’ highly anticipated pan-India film Fauzi has finally been put to rest. Producer Ravi Shankar has officially confirmed that the Hanu Raghavapudi directorial will hit theatres on December 3, 2026, exactly as announced earlier.
Addressing recent social media rumours suggesting a possible postponement, the producer dismissed the reports and assured fans that the film remains on track for its scheduled release. The movie will also have its worldwide premieres on December 2.
Set against a grand period backdrop, Fauji is being crafted as a romantic war action drama with a strong historical flavour. The film has generated massive anticipation among Prabhas’ fans, who are eager to see the actor in yet another larger-than-life role.
With Hanu Raghavapudi at the helm, the project promises a blend of emotion, action, and visually rich storytelling on an epic scale. Mounted on a reported budget of over ₹700 crore, Fauji features newcomer Imanvi as the female lead opposite Prabhas, while veteran actors Anupam Kher, Mithun Chakraborty, and Jaya Prada play pivotal roles.
