Director Sujeeth is reportedly giving his complete attention to Nani’s upcoming action entertainer, Bloody Romeo, despite ongoing speculation surrounding OG2. Industry chatter suggests the filmmaker is currently immersed in pre-production, with key crew members being finalised, shooting locations locked, and two songs already approved.
The team is now said to be waiting for Nani to join before the project officially moves to the shooting phase. While these production details remain unconfirmed by the makers, the film has been in active development since its announcement, generating strong anticipation among fans.
At the same time, reports indicate that Sujeeth has not completely shifted away from the OG franchise. According to industry sources, a dedicated animation team has allegedly been assigned to work on a special OG2 announcement planned for September 2, keeping excitement alive among Pawan Kalyan fans.
However, there has been no official confirmation regarding the announcement date from the production house. Although OG2 remains one of Telugu cinema’s most-awaited sequels, official updates so far have only confirmed that the project is in development, with Sujeeth and the makers continuing discussions on expanding the OG universe.
