The Akkineni camp is gearing up for a massive December at the box office, with both Nagarjuna and Naga Chaitanya set to arrive with their landmark projects. Naga Chaitanya’s mythological fantasy drama Vrushakarma is reportedly targeting a December 3, 2026 theatrical release, with an official announcement expected soon.
The film is directed by Karthik Dandu and produced by BVSN Prasad under Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra, with music composed by Ajaneesh Loknath. If Vrushakarma arrives on December 3, it is expected to clash with Prabhas’ period action drama Fauzi, directed by Hanu Raghavapudi and produced by Mythri Movie Makers.
Meanwhile, Nagarjuna’s 100th film, KING100, has already locked December 24, 2026 as its release date. The recently released teaser raised expectations. The milestone film is expected to face another big-ticket clash with Dada, making December one of the most competitive months of the year.
