It is known that Mega Prince Varun Tej and Macho Star Gopichand are currently going through a bad phase with back-to-back failures. Both of them definitely need a blockbuster that can change everything.
Currently, Varun Tej’s new film after Matka, Korean Kanakaraju, is creating good expectations in Tollywood. The post-production work of the film is progressing at a fast pace. Director Merlapaka Gandhi is making this film with an innovative horror-comedy storyline set against the backdrop of Indian and Korean cultures. UV Creations is producing the film.
The makers are completing the non-theatrical deals one by one and are gearing up to release the film in August. On the other hand, Gopichand is working on a film with visionary director Sankalp Reddy titled Bharata Varsha – Saga of Shula. The film is being produced by Srinivasaa Chitturi. Gopichand is also aiming for an August release.
Both films are expected to feature unique storylines. While Gopichand has chosen a historical period drama, Varun Tej is coming up with a horror comedy. It is reported that the makers are planning to release the film on August 7. Major promotional activities are expected to begin soon
