The phenomenal filmmaker Aditya Dhar’s Dhurandhar created a massive sensation at the box office by crossing 1200 crores gross and is still performing steadily at the box office. This is rare because, the film released in only Hindi language across India and overseas.
Starring Ranveer Singh, Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, Madhavan and Sara Arjun, the spy action drama has officially announced its sequel, Dhurandhar 2, which is scheduled for release on March 19, 2026, in major Indian languages, including Telugu.
It was earlier announced that the teaser of Dhurandhar 2 would be screened in theatres along with Border 2 starting today. However, the teaser was not played. Meanwhile, Aditya Dhar clarified that the teaser will be released soon.
The director shared the news on Instagram. He has once again confirmed the RELEASE DATE of Dhurandhar 2 as 19th March. The teaser is expected to drop in the next few days. Dhurandhar is still running in theatres and is all set to stream on Netflix from Jan 30th.
Reports suggest that the Dhurandhar 2 teaser will be released on January 26, 2026. The sequel will bring back most of the original characters. Produced by Jio Studios in collaboration with B62 Studios, the film has already generated massive expectations.
