Rana Naidu gearing up for its much-anticipated second season, which will premiere on June 13, 2025. In a wild crossover nobody could’ve predicted, Netflix dropped a banter-filled video featuring Rana Daggubati and Sunil Grover. Sunil’s signature fun and timing along with Rana Daggubati’s madness, deliveres full entertaining one. It’s not a cameo and not a usual collab.
Sunil Grover, said, “Rana Daggubati and I in the same frame? Even I didn’t see that coming.He added, “Rana Naidu is this intense, gritty world full of power moves, family drama, and action, and then I walked in with my own brand of chaos. What we shot was wild, unpredictable, and way too much fun. It felt like two completely different worlds crashing together – and somehow, it just clicked. Rana Naidu Season 2 is bringing the drama and a little bit of mayhem too.”
Rana Daggubati shared, “When Sunil Grover shows up, you just know things are about to get unpredictable. One minute I’m brooding like Rana Naidu does best, and the next, I’m dodging punchlines instead of punches. We may not be co-stars, but for those few minutes, our worlds collided in the most absurd, hilarious way.”
The series is created by Karan Anshuman, who also co-directs alongside Suparn Verma and Abhay Chopra. Along with Rana Daggubati and Victory Venkatesh, the show features a talented ensemble cast including Arjun Rampal, Surveen Chawla, Kriti Kharbanda, Sushant Singh, Abhishek Banerjee, and Ashish Vidyarthi.
