Director Dr. Anil Vishwanath, who gained recognition with the success of the film Polimera & Polimera 2, is gearing up for the grand theatrical release of his first film 28°C, set to release on April 4. The movie, which tells an emotional and beautiful love story, stars Naveen Chandra as the hero, while Shalini Vadnikatti plays the heroine.
The film is being produced by Sai Abhishek under the banner of Veeranjaneya Productions. Today, the film’s trailer unveiled in a grand event. It offers a thrilling glimpse of crazy love story.
Director Dr. Anil Vishwanath shared his excitement, saying, “This is my first film as a director, and I’m thrilled to talk about it. Every director dreams of making a debut film like this, and I worked really hard on this project. But I can proudly say that this is my first film, and I am confident I will make many successful films in the future. 28°C is incredibly special to me, and I will one day write a book about the journey I experienced making it. It’s a beautiful love story with thrilling elements. When an unexpected problem arises between the hero and heroine, their journey to overcome it is truly captivating. You won’t expect the last 20 minutes of the film – it’s unlike anything you’ve seen before. My friend, Vamsi Nandipati, after watching the movie, insisted on releasing it himself. With immense support from hero Naveen Chandra and producer Sai Abhishek, we are excited to bring 28°C to you on April 4. We hope the movie impresses everyone.”
Hero Naveen Chandra shared, “The journey making 28°C has been an emotional one for our entire team. When Director Anil Viswanath first narrated the story to me in 2018, I was immediately captivated. We planned to finish and release the movie by 2019, but, as everyone knows, the situation due to Covid made it difficult. Despite receiving OTT offers, our producer, Sai Abhishek, was adamant about releasing the film in theaters. This is a fresh love story about a couple of doctors, and it contains many thrilling elements. There’s an interesting point in the story where the heroine’s character must be kept at ’28°C’—if not, there will be a problem. I found that concept thrilling. I’m glad that Vamsi Nandipati is releasing this film. Our songs and the trailer have been getting a fantastic response. We believe the audience will always appreciate a good film. Even though this movie was made in 2018, it still feels fresh. I encourage everyone to watch 28°C in theaters on April 4, and I’m sure you’ll love it.”The film also stars V. Jayaprakash, Priyadarshi Pulikonda, Harsha Chemudu, Raja Ravindra, Abhay Betiganti, Deviani Sharma, Santoshi Sharma, and others.
