Now the latest update says that the sequel plans are on, and Teja Sajja will reprise his role in the second installment. But there’s a twist.
This installment will not be helmed by Prasanth Varma. Suparn Varma, the director of the Netflix web series Rana Naidu, will direct Zombie Reddy 2, and Prasanth Varma will be the showrunner.
Yesterday, on the completion of 4 years of Zombie Reddy, Teja Sajja gave a hint about the sequel announcement with an emoji message. An official announcement will be made soon, and the shoot commences next year.
