Welcoming the English New Year with a major announcement, producer Ram Talluri revealed that Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan will star in the direction of Surender Reddy. The yet-untitled film story has been penned by acclaimed writer Vakkantham Vamsi, whose previous collaborations with Surender Reddy including Ashok, Athidhi, Kick, Race Gurram.
Pawan Kalyan was reportedly impressed with the narration and gave his immediate approval for the project. Now, on Telugu new year, Ugadi makers are planning to kickstart the film with formal pooja ceremony. The team is aiming for the Sankranthi 2027 release.
Meanwhile, Pawna Kalyan’s long-delayed project Ustaad Bhagat Singh directed by Harish Shankar is gearing up for release on March 26th.
