One of the most eagerly awaited films in Pawan Kalyan’s lineup is They Call Him OG, directed by Sujeeth. While the film’s shoot is still underway – largely depending on the actor’s availability.
OG team is trying to resume shoot in May and awaiting an official confirmation of Pawan Kalyan’s dates. Pawan Kalyan is also interested in approving the dates for the team. If the shoot resumes, it will be released in September 2025.
According to buzz, the film will feature a de-aged version of Pawan Kalyan, showcasing him with a youthful look reminiscent of his 30s. Reports suggest that the team is using advanced technology and modern styling techniques to create these sequences.
If the de-aging rumour turns out to be true, it could become one of the film’s standout elements, offering fans a nostalgic glimpse of vintage Pawan Kalyan on the big screen.
They Call Him OG features Priyanka Arul Mohan as the female lead, alongside a stellar supporting cast that includes Emraan Hashmi, Arjun Das, Sriya Reddy, Prakash Raj, Harish Uthaman, and Shaam in key roles.
The film is being produced by DVV Danayya under the DVV Entertainment banner, with music composed by Thaman.
