Sithara Entertainments much awaited MAD Square released today. Directed by Kalyan Shankar, MAD Square will feature Sangeeth Shobhan, Nithiin Narne, Ram Nitin and Vishnu Oi. The background score of Mad Square is given by Thaman S and the music of the film is composed by Bheems Ceciroleo.

Mad Square kicks off with a packed first half, delivering a series of fun moments and silly situations that bring plenty of laughs. The film may not be as uproariously funny as the original, but it still offers a solid dose of entertainment. The film has fun events that work out hilariously in theatres. Like Laddu’s (Vishnu Oi) wedding, and we follow the friends make a trip to Goa that puts them in the midst of a kidnapping and an interrogation. Punctuated by bizarre situations and funny one-liners, Mad Square delivers good entertainment.

Vishnu Oi shines in the role of Laddu, delivering an energetic and engaging performance. The comedic timing of Damodhar played by Sangeeth Shobhan is impeccable, making for a dynamic pairing that keeps the mood light and enjoyable. Though the storyline isn’t particularly groundbreaking, the laughter-filled ride more than compensates. Antony character brings interesting turn in second half and climax surprise is hard to digest. Anudeep KV cameo worked.

The interactions between Maxx played by Sunil and Muralidhar Goud stand out as some of the film’s most entertaining segments, with their fun banter providing great comedic relief. Vishnu Oi’s character brings a solid anchor to the story, and his antics are a big highlight in the film. The songs are blast on the big screen with chartbuster sound especially Swathi Reddy featuring Reba Monica John and an unreleased song featuring Priyanka Jawalkar.

Director Kalyan Shankar’s direction ensures that the film maintains a light-hearted pace, keeping the audience hooked with amusing moments without needing a complex plot. As producer Naga Vamsi aptly put it, Mad Square isn’t about a interesting story, but about delivering a fun-filled experience with lots of laughs. The film embraces its simplicity, focusing on humor and entertainment over depth Overall, it’s a paisa vasool entertainer that delivers just what it promises—pure fun and enjoyment.
