However, during its re-release, it collected more than its original run.

A sequel to this much-loved film has already been announced.While many are eagerly waiting for it, a recent post by Tharun Bhascker has added even more excitement. He shared a picture of his laptop with the words “The End” on the screen.
With this, everyone understood that the script for Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi 2 is now complete. Expectations are sky-high for this sequel. Srujan Yarabolu will be producing this entertainer under the S Originals banner, and Rana Daggubati’s Spirit Media will also be involved in the project. The shoot is expected to begin soon.
