Successful producer KP Chowdary (Krishna Prasad Chowdary) distributed many hit films, including Superstar Rajinikanth’s Kabali in Telugu, as well as blockbusters like Gabbar Singh, Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu, and Arjun Suravaram.
He was involved in a drug-related case in 2023 and was arrested by the Cyberabad Police. This marked a major setback in both his professional and personal life. KP Chowdary later moved to Goa and started a club, but it did not succeed as he had hoped.
This drug peddler ultimately committed suicide in Goa. His associates claim that he took the extreme step due to being trapped in the drug case and facing financial difficulties. KP Chowdary, originally from Khammam district, entered the film industry in 2016.
